I'd just like to say how very pleased I am with the service I received yesterday from your company. Your engineer arrived within the 2 hour period as agreed with your secretary, he even narrowed it down by calling me to say he was on his way. I do so hate waiting in unnecessarily. The boiler was fixed promptly after arrival with the minimum of fuss, and was good value for money. I shan't hesitate to recommend you to my friends.

Your engineer arrived the same day, and who wants one tomorrow or the day after when you have no heating or hot water? After diagnosing the fault he gave me a fixed price for the repair, which gave me peace of mind knowing that costs weren't going to spiral out of control. Friendly local Service. Engineer was available at short notice in order to investigate the issue with my boiler. The initial investigation identified the issue within the time included in the initial charge. Due to the time of day, a replacement part could only be sourced by overnight. The following day, the engineer arrived at the time promised, resolving the issue for the reasonable fixed price as quoted the evening before. The engineer was polite and personable and I would happily recommend this company to a friend and use them in the future if required.
